Discover
The Feast of the Madonna di San Gabriele is certainly the oldest festival in Parrano and is the one that has preserved the popular spirit intact. Around the Great Chestnut tree (8 meters in circumference) dozens of old and new Parranesi meet every year for a party with wine and anise biscuits and old popular games such as the colpo al pignatto, tug of war and many other popular games.
