The Feast of the patron saint Sant’Ansano takes place on the second Sunday of May. The event has its roots in very distant times. On this occasion, a religious procession with the statue of the saint takes place along the main streets of the town, accompanied by the musical band that performs traditional local songs. Afterwards, in the afternoon there will be a musical show and a bingo. The party continues in the evening with fireworks displays. On the first day, the torch relay is of particular interest, starting at Santo Sano (place of the miracle), followed by prayer at the shrine of S. Ansano in “Il Pratale” up to the Church of S. Maria.
