The most important event that is organized by the Municipality together with the associations during the year is a medieval re-enactment that normally takes place in summer. Parrano is a town with medieval features. Since it was built on a ridge after 1600, it could no longer be built. In the transition from the Bulgarelli to the Marescotti, the town had a significant development and substantially took on its current appearance.
