Since 2019, the Strozzaprete Festival has been organized in the Municipality of Paciano, a village festival dedicated to this typical first course of the local tradition.
During the days of the event, the Paciano cooks are involved in the preparation of this traditional pasta, which is accompanied by sauces made with typical local ingredients.
During the event, participants have the opportunity to taste and learn about the most authentic flavors of the Paciano culinary tradition and to find themselves immersed in a festive atmosphere, animated by traditional local music, meetings on the theme and initiatives dedicated to children.
