Day 1
guided tour of the city of Trevi, the Museum of the Civilization of the Olive Tree of Trevi and tasting in the oil mill.
Dinner on a farm that breeds, produces and brings to the table in the small restaurant its production of snails, typical of the area.
Day 2
Guided tour of Montefalco and visit with tasting in a local winery.
Day 3
In the morning guided tour of the orchards of Arborea Archaeology and in the afternoon visit to the village of Città di Castello.
Day 4
In the morning visit to the Centre of Popular Traditions of Garavelle and in the afternoon Truffle hunting with dinner.
Day 5
In the morning visit to the village of Città della Pieve and lunch based on saffron.

Tour
Trevi
In the afternoon, we will visit the village of Trevi at the Olive Tree Civilization Museum with local tourist guna uida. Surrounded by lush olive groves, Trevi is renowned for its millennia-old tradition of olive oil production.
At the end of the guided tour, we will conduct a workshop activity inside the museum.
After lunch, visit with tasting at a historic oil mill.
In the late afternoon, we will reach for dinner a particular company that breeds, produces and brings to the table in the small restaurant its production of snails, typical of the area.

Montefalco
Guided tour of the village of Montefalco with a local tour guide. Starting at the Piazza del Comune, the beating heart of the village, you’ll visit the Church of San Francesco with its famous frescoes by Benozzo Gozzoli and a Navitità by Pietro Vannucci, known as Perugino. Continuing along the cobblestone streets, you will explore within the medieval walls the Churches of St. Augustine and St. Clare, until you reach the so-called “Belvedere” a true natural terrace perfect for enjoying a panoramic view of the surrounding vineyards.

Montefalco - Sagrantino Tasting
At the end of the village walk, we will reach a local winery to learn about the various stages of wine production, the life cycle of the vine and the different winemaking techniques that have made this small village internationally known. This is followed by a tasting of their wines.

San Lorenzo di Lerchi - Arborea Archaeology Foundation
You will visit the Arboreal Archaeology Orchard, an extraordinary genetic and cultural heritage and living treasure of biodiversity. The foundation has about 400 varieties of fruit and keeps alive the traditions, folk customs and farming systems of the Umbrian countryside.

Garavelle
In the morning, you will visit the Garavelle Folk Traditions Center: this ethnographic museum gives an accurate picture of past social living conditions through its layout.

Truffle Hunt
In the afternoon, truffle hunting in the woods of Città di Castello, guided by expert truffle hunters and their trained dogs. After the adventurous search for Umbria’s black gold, dinner to enjoy traditional truffle dishes.

Morning tour of the town of Città della Pieve in the company of the Associazione Ente Palio dei Terzieri, which renews the town’s Renaissance atmosphere every year in August thanks to the historical re-enactment of the Palio. Your walk through the village will end at the Oratory of Santa Maria dei Bianchi, with its large fresco of the Adoration of the Magi, a masterpiece by Perugino, Raphael’s teacher, who was born in Città della Pieve.
The day’s lunch will introduce you to the culinary uses of saffron, which has been grown here since at least 1279.
